Delete your Artimo account
This page is for the Artimo app for Android, by the developer Artimo on Google Play. You can ask us to delete your Artimo account and its data here, without the app.
- Email [email protected] from the Google email on your Artimo account.
Write the email - Use the subject Delete my Artimo account.
- Say whether we should also erase your email from your founder place.
- We check that the request comes from that email, delete the account, and answer within one month.
What is deleted and what is kept
In the app: tap your place number at the top of Home, then "Delete account". This signs you out and deletes your account on our server: the link between your email and the account, and your Google account ID. Your founder place stays with your email, because a place may be a purchase record, and it comes back if the same email signs in again.
Without the app: use getartimo.com/delete-account, or email [email protected] from the email on your account.
To erase your email from your place too, say so in the request. A free place goes back to the counter and your email is removed from its history. For a paid place, we remove everything we can, keep only what the law requires as the record of the purchase, and tell you what we kept.
Your progress on the phone is deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android's settings; its backup is deleted in your Google account's settings.
Crash and usage reports are not linked to any account, so we cannot find them by your email; they expire on their own, as the Privacy Policy says.
We answer every request within one month.
